Margaret N. Fox

Maggie Fox is an associate with Lewis, Babcock, and Griffin LLP where she practices in the areas of business and securities litigation, focusing on complex litigation. Prior to joining Lewis, Babcock, and Griffin LLP, Maggie worked in asset management for Evergreen Investments, a subsidiary of Wachovia Bank.
Maggie received her undergraduate degree from the Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University, and obtained her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, she served on the South Carolina Law Review and authored the note, Commodo Caveo: Lender Beware - An Analysis of Lender Liability for Construction Defects under the Implied Warranty of Habitability, 59 S.C. L. Rev. 493 (2008).
She is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina and the State of South Carolina, and before the District Court of South Carolina.
